Atlantic was designed with a focus on efficiency and cost-effective operation and includes a hybrid diesel mechanical propulsion system. The vessel was purpose built to combine both longlining and Danish seining, giving the vessel a broad range of options in order to fulfil its quotas. The vessel operates primarily in the North Sea and Barents Sea fishing for cod, haddock and saithe.
The vessel is fitted with a complete Luminell range of external luminaries from the Glamox range, including RLX floodlights, BLX bowlights and tow lights, CL searchlights and an SL2 searchlight.
