To facilitate this, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager who will work tightly with the Group Leadership Team on strategic projects in the intersection of Strategy, Business Development, Sustainability and Digitalization. Leveraging project management and inter-personal skills will be crucial for success in the role as you will be working with senior stakeholders across the organization.
Main Tasks
- Facilitate and support group strategy execution
- Lead group business development activities, with focus on digitalization and sustainability
- Prepare and run internal improvement projects, with special focus on pricing and sales excellence
- Develop market intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Support and execute the CEO's agenda, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Assist in M&A processes, including screening, analysis, due diligence, and closing
Profile
- Possess strong strategic and analytical skills to drive informed decision-making
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of business operations and a genuine passion for sustainability
- Display independence, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Be a team player showing integrity in all professional interactions
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in a Scandinavian language and English
Background and experience
- Hold a relevant Master's degree
- Possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in management consultancy or other relevant business development and strategy roles
- Project management experience required
- Ideally, have worked on pricing and/or sales excellence projects
- Experience from data analysis and business intelligence (Power BI) is an advantage
