Warsaw Spire is a state-of-the-art office complex located in the heart of Warsaw. It consists of the city’s tallest office building – measuring 220 metres and ranking among the tallest in Europe – flanked by two side buildings, each rising to 55 metres. Warsaw Spire has come to symbolise the dynamic, modern face of Poland’s capital.

This impressive complex harmoniously blends cutting-edge technology, workplace comfort, and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. Its total usable area spans 60,000 m². The building was officially opened on 12 May 2016. We were responsible for the comprehensive lighting of the interiors. In the spacious lobbies, we installed CANOS, RODIA, and DNCE LED fixtures. In the elevator halls, linear luminaires from the 6000 LED system were used to strikingly emphasise the sleek, modern design of the space.

We also supplied CAMELEON MIDI 1 fixtures along with the GALERIA system. The building’s bold architectural form, complemented by meticulously designed interiors and thoughtfully chosen lighting solutions, makes this office complex one of the most distinguished architectural achievements in the region. The project has been awarded the BREEAM Certificate at the “Excellent” level, a testament to its adherence to the highest standards of sustainable construction.
