Glamox acquires Wasco GmbH
Glamox has acquired 100 percent of the shares in the German lighting company Wasco GmbH. Wasco is located in Lower Saxony, Germany and specializes in continuous line luminaires. The acquisition of Wasco will provide the Glamox Group with a leading lighting solution range for logistics buildings and warehouses.
