M&A Manager

Glamox is seeking a highly motivated M&A professional to support and execute the Group’s acquisition strategy. As the company ramps up its M&A activity, this new role will play a central part in driving transactions from origination through to execution and integration.

At the same time, Glamox is accelerating its growth agenda through a newly launched Commercial Excellence Program. This program introduces new ways of working and strengthens how we engage with customers and markets. Together with an active M&A strategy, this marks an exciting step towards “Glamox 2.0” — a more agile, growth-oriented organization.

The position will work closely with senior management, business units, and external advisors, offering strong exposure to strategic decision-making and international deal execution. This is a hands-on role suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of M&A processes end-to-end.

The role reports to the Group CFO.

  • Coordinate and manage due diligence processes with internal stakeholders and external advisors
  • Prepare investment cases, transaction materials, and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Throughout the process, collaborate with business units to assess strategic fit and support post-acquisition follow-up, in line with Glamox’s Commercial Excellence initiatives

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience from investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or similar M&A-focused roles
  • Strong track record of involvement in M&A transactions
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
