At the same time, Glamox is accelerating its growth agenda through a newly launched Commercial Excellence Program. This program introduces new ways of working and strengthens how we engage with customers and markets. Together with an active M&A strategy, this marks an exciting step towards “Glamox 2.0” — a more agile, growth-oriented organization.
The position will work closely with senior management, business units, and external advisors, offering strong exposure to strategic decision-making and international deal execution. This is a hands-on role suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of M&A processes end-to-end.
The role reports to the Group CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and actively develop the Glamox M&A pipeline, including target identification and screening
- Lead and support execution of live M&A processes, including valuation, structuring, negotiations, and closing
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support transaction evaluation and decision-making
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Prepare investment cases, transaction materials, and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Throughout the process, collaborate with business units to assess strategic fit and support post-acquisition follow-up, in line with Glamox’s Commercial Excellence initiatives
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience from investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or similar M&A-focused roles
- Strong track record of involvement in M&A transactions
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Solid experience managing or participating in due diligence processes
- Experience preparing high-quality materials for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
