Sales Manager to Marine Offshore and Wind, Denmark

At Glamox, we deliver highquality, energyefficient lighting solutions to demanding environments. Now, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial presence in Denmark and Northern Europe.

What You Will Do

  • In this role, you are the engine behind regional sales growth. You will:
  • Own and grow your market
  • Drive sales execution within Denmark and deliver on revenue and margin goals.
  • Identify, develop, and close medium–tolarge projects from early engagement to final order.
  • Act as the primary local contact for installers, builders, designers, distributors, and end-users.
  • Build and expand long-term customer relationships while identifying new opportunities.

Lead opportunities from start to finish

  • Manage complex and high-value quotes, including negotiations and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Influence specifications and customer decisions through strong commercial presence.
  • Ensure high-quality lighting design input before involving sales support.

Collaborate to win

  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Director, Inside sales and Key Account Managers to align on strategy and execution.
  • Share market insights and best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Solutions teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Stay structured and on top of the numbers

  • Keep CRM pipelines updated and manage your forecasts with accuracy.
  • Prepare quotes, manage orders, and handle day-to-day sales tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with Glamox’s Code of Conduct, ESG standards, and sales processes.

What You Bring

We imagine you have 4-5 years of sales experience, ideally with project-based solutions in the Wind, Marine, technical or industrial sector. You are:

  • Proven B2B sales experience with ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships.
  • Confident navigating complex sales cycles and negotiations.
  • Structured, self-driven, and commercially sharp.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Curious, opportunity-oriented, and proactive in your approach.
  • A strong team player who collaborates naturally across functions.
  • Technical understanding is a plus—but your commercial drive matters most.
