Job requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Embedded Software & Hardware
- Experience with embedded systems and/or Linux development
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of system integration; experience with cybersecurity is a plus
- Familiarity with video processing is an advantage
- Comfortable communicating in English and Polish (Scandinavian language skills are a plus).

General tasks:
- Develop software for next-generation searchlight systems—spanning embedded and Linux-based platforms
- Work hands-on with system integration, ensuring hardware and software perform seamlessly together
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, more reliable development cycles
- Contribute to secure-by-design solutions, integrating cybersecurity into our products
- Develop and refine video processing capabilities for advanced functionality
- Collaborate closely with electronics, mechanics, and product teams to bring concepts to life
- Take part in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of our development practices
