In this key role, you’ll define how we engage with customers and stakeholders in some of the most advanced and demanding markets, including Offshore Wind, Defence and Security, and commercial marine. As part of the divisional leadership team, you’ll work closely with global sales, product management, and corporate marketing to co-create initiatives with commercial impact. You’ll also join the Group Marketing Leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.

Key Responsibilities
- As Marketing & Communications Manager you will be responsible for leading initiatives that shape our divisional marketing and communication direction, and accountable for delivering measurable impact across markets.
- Lead the development of a forward-looking marketing and communication strategy for the Marine, Offshore & Wind division, aligned with divisional and global ambitions.
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and fuel commercial success across key markets.
- Translate complex value propositions into compelling, customer-focused stories that resonate in diverse markets and applications.
- Partner with internal and external teams to deliver product launches, trade shows, digital campaigns, PR, and customer communications.
- Strengthen Glamox’s voice in the market by building our presence in social media, trade press, and industry forums.
- Drive engaging content creation in collaboration with colleagues across functions – including sales tools, product communication, customer references, and case studies.
- Co-develop digital sales enablement tools and event concepts to support effective go-to-market execution.
- Foster close collaboration with Group Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure shared priorities and strong brand consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communications.
- Strategic and innovative mindset, combined with hands-on ability to deliver impactful initiatives.
- Experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, content development, and event management.
- Proven success in building strong collaborations across teams, departments, and geographies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (written and verbal); Norwegian is an advantage.
- Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to take responsibility for driving initiatives and be accountable for achieving results.
