Glamox is currently on an exciting growth journey, executing on our Green Light Strategic Aspirations to grow and increase profitability. We have been building our Group Business Development team over the past 12 months and we are looking for support to work on some of our exciting projects. Our projects and tasks vary considerably, so this is an amazing chance to involve yourself in several areas of the business.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Junior Corporate Development Analyst. This entry-level position is for students interested in corporate strategy, business development, and business management. This role is open to current students in Norway who are in the final year of their bachelor’s program or enrolled in a master’s degree. The role is based at our HQ in Oslo (Skøyen), and this will be the primary work location.
The role will report to the Group Strategy Manager, and will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, and members of the Extended Leadership Team globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of group strategy and business development projects.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Help prepare and run internal improvement projects.
- Conduct market research/analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or master's program in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, in your 3rd or 4th year, with strong academic results so far.
- The right to live and work in Norway.
- Analytical and research skills. Experience using Excel and PowerBi is a plus, but what’s more important is the desire to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint.
- Interest in sustainability and digitalization is a plus.
