This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in data analysis, software development, or similar to apply their technical expertise in a strategic HR context. You will be a ‘builder’, who collects requirements, and then codes/develops those requirements into models, automation flows or processes for the Global HR organization.
You will play a key role in shaping how we use data to drive decision-making across compensation, benefits, and broader HR processes. We are not looking for an HR profile for this role, but curiosity and interest in people-related topics will be an advantage—we will provide the necessary HR domain training.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage HR data, ensuring accuracy, structure, and accessibility
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Lead compensation and benefits processes (e.g., annual salary reviews, bonus modelling)
- Improve and optimize HR systems, workflows, and data architecture
- Develop scalable data models to support HR decision-making
- Partner with HR and leadership to translate business needs into data solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements. If we automate it, let’s do it.
Who You Are
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience within data analysis, software development, or similar. A technical background is key for this role.
- Advanced skills in data modeling, coding, and building solutions (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar)
- Comfortable working with complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights
- Experience with vibe coding, and using AI to generate solid solutions, is an big advantage.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in applying technology and structured solutions to people, organizational topics and the employee life cycle.
- Effective communication skills and fluent in English.
