Basingstoke UK– Production Assembly Operative

Are you passionate about using your technical expertise to drive product development forward?

We are looking for a production assembly operative in our Basingstoke UK location. A Production Operative works in the lighting production department, assembling and wiring LED fittings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble light fittings in accordance with BS EN 60598-1:2015.
  • Use hand and battery-operated tools; may be required to operate small machinery (training will be provided).
  • Comply with Quality, Health & Safety & ISO standards.
  • Be motivated and meet team targets.
  • Work with and as part of a team.
  • Understand and support new initiatives (5S, Lean Manufacturing).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Secondary school education
  • Good understanding of English language
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English Grade C or above
