As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be a part of the management group in Group Marketing and responsible for managing a small team to deliver an exceptional online user experience to our customers worldwide. You will work closely with other parts of our international organisation to develop and implement digital strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy in Glamox – including developing, implementing and overseeing online strategies to increase conversion rate and grow revenue from digital channels. You will lead and manage a team of online specialists who supports website operations, apps, inbound and performance marketing, as well as oversee day-to-day operations, set team targets, and provide performance feedback. To offer a best-in-class online experience for our customers and stakeholders, it is important that you collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all our digital interfaces are optimized. You will be working with and overseeing third party agencies including raising tickets and following up on tasks. You will also monitor and analyse data to identify key areas for improvement and generate insights to implement optimization efforts and ensure targets are realised. In addition to this, you have to stay up to date on trends, technologies and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive within online communication and interaction channels.
- Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience building digital marketing capabilities and running a digital transformation journey
- Preferably international experience from leading digital brands
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, publishing tools, CRM and PIM; We are using Salesforce, Pardot, Optimizely and InRiver
- Demonstrated results driving CRO actions
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
